This is one of the stores I like to shop my groceries, vegetables, and fruits for the week. They have a variety of groceries and produce. They carry organic produce as well as regular. They also have an extensive supplements and vitamins. Their prices are very affordable. The store is ample and plenty of room to go around on the busy times. Their workers are also very helpful and friendly. Anything you need you ask and they provide. The cashiers are very efficient, as soon as one register is guilty another one opens. I really enjoy the ambience there too. So quiet and pacifist. Also they have a section for pastries and sweets. The favorite place of almost everyone.

I finally tried the Sprouts sandwich that went viral last year I think lmao it was my first time walking into Sprouts and it was pretty big imo. There weren't that many people. I walked over to the counter and I was greeted right away. I ordered the sourdough bread with turkey, lettuce, mayo, red onion and tomato. The gentleman made it really fast then I went to the cashier to pay for it. It was a decent sized sandwich but not that much turkey. Overall the bread and veggies tasted fresh but next time I would probably pay extra for more turkey if they have that option.
I've been coming in more often lately to pick up a salad or other healthy lunch packaged to go. They really make it easy for working people pop in for meals to go, I love that. The other day I picked up a chicken shawarma family meal that was really good, came with fresh veggies and sauces, too. They also have meals with raw meats that you can cook quickly if you want a hot meal. I've heard they still make a good sandwich although maybe not for the famous $5. I haven't tried one though because bread hates me and is trying to kill me LOL speaking of bread, I've found Ezekiel bread here, yay!!
Getting shredded chicken for lunch today, salmon, lemon for lunch tomorrow and turkey sausage breakfast burritos for breakfasts coming up. Music playing. Clean, safe and practiced! Workers were very kind with good weekend wishes! Some prices are high, but there is good sales! Really good service and store! Recommended!
Oh Sprouts, how I have missed you. I recently got turned on to Olipop prebiotic sodas and Whole Foods charges $3 for one can so I was over the moon to see them 3/$5! A lot of things seem to be $1 more than my last trip here over a year ago. But it was nice to see some sales on things I wanted. Strawberries were 3/$5 which is better than what I just saw at Smart & Final a few days ago. They are always expanding on their keto and gluten free items. They had far more protein bars than my last trip. A clerk asked me if I needed help mid-shopping do that was really nice and attentive.
